Action Communautaire Lac-Brome (ACLB) is committed to helping all members of our community lead healthy, safe and integrated lives. We work with children, adolescents, adults, families and seniors to promote integration, mutual assistance and improved living conditions. Our initiatives include youth and senior support programs, wellness activities and community workshops.

Youth activities

Our local services

For early childhood

We offer services tailored to families with young children. Our early stimulation workshops, weekly respite drop-in and 9-12 Club provide valuable support to parents and promote children’s development.

For youth

Our program for youth aged 12 to 25 aims to provide a safe and positive environment. Our outreach worker is present in places frequented by young people, offering listening, guidance and support to help them overcome the challenges of daily life.

For seniors

We offer personalized support to people aged 50 and over, including home visits, counselling and wellness workshops. Our outreach worker creates strong connections and provides practical assistance to improve their quality of life.

Workshops and Activities

We organize a variety of activities for all ages, including laughter yoga sessions, collective kitchens, walking groups and writing workshops. These bilingual activities are designed to promote physical and mental well-being and strengthen the social fabric of our community.
